FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers reflect our real process. Terms vary per lot and are confirmed in writing.

What are stock lots?

Stock lots are specific batches of surplus inventory, overstock, factory leftovers, clearance goods or remaining inventory from manufacturers and traders. Each lot has a defined quantity, condition and packaging, and is sold as a batch rather than as an open catalogue item.

Are the products brand new or used?

It depends on the lot. Conditions range from New / Unused and Overstock to Open Box, Used or Mixed Condition. The exact condition of every lot is stated on its product page. We do not label all clearance goods as brand new, and we disclose defects, damaged packaging or missing accessories where known.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Each lot has its own MOQ (minimum order quantity), shown on the product page. MOQs vary by product type and remaining batch size. Smaller lots may have low MOQs; container-level mixed lots are sold as a whole.

Can I purchase mixed stock lots?

Yes. We offer mixed stock lots and can help consolidate multiple categories into one container to improve cost efficiency. Mixed-condition lots are clearly flagged so you can review the manifest before committing.

How can I confirm stock availability?

Availability is re-verified in our warehouse at the time of inquiry. Lots not re-confirmed within our review window are shown as “Pending Confirmation” rather than as live stock. Use the “Confirm Current Availability” button or contact our team for a fresh check.

Can I request detailed product photos?

Yes. For most lots we can provide additional photos, a specification sheet or a stock manifest on request. Photo and document links are sent through our sales team after we receive your inquiry.

Can I inspect the goods before shipment?

In most cases yes. We support third-party inspection or factory viewing by appointment. Inspection availability is listed per lot; some low-value bulk items may not require it.

Which countries can you ship to?

We arrange international shipment to most destinations through our logistics partners. However, certain products (food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, electrical goods, toys, branded items) may be subject to destination regulations, certification or intellectual-property restrictions. Eligibility is confirmed per inquiry and cannot be assumed for all countries.

Can you arrange mixed-container shipments?

Yes. Where it makes commercial sense we can consolidate multiple lots into a shared or full container, and coordinate export documentation and freight.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

Shipping is quoted separately based on Incoterm (typically FOB or CIF), destination port, volume/weight and current freight rates. We do not quote all-in door prices until freight, duties and destination handling are confirmed, and we will say so plainly.

Are clearance goods eligible for returns?

Return terms depend on the lot and the agreed contract. Clearance and surplus goods are often sold on an “as described” basis; specific return or replacement terms are confirmed in writing per order, not assumed.

How can I receive a quotation?

Submit the Request a Quote form with the lot ID (or your requirements), required quantity, destination and preferred terms. We generate a quotation after confirming stock and specs. You can also reach us by WhatsApp or email.

Is the inventory shown on this site live?

Listings reflect stock on hand in our own warehouse and are refreshed regularly. Every lot shows its last-confirmed date; lots not re-confirmed within our review window are displayed as Pending Confirmation rather than as live stock. Availability, price and photos are re-verified before any order is confirmed — please use Confirm Current Availability or contact our team before relying on a listing.
