Shipping terms

We typically quote on FOB or CIF basis. Final freight, insurance, duties and destination handling are confirmed per order. We do not quote all-in door prices until those costs are verified.

Inspection

Third-party or factory inspection can be arranged before shipment where applicable.

Returns & replacements

Clearance and surplus goods are often sold on an "as described" basis. Specific return or replacement terms are agreed in writing per order and are not assumed. Please confirm condition and quantity before payment.

Damaged shipments

Claims are handled per Incoterm and carrier rules; notify us promptly with evidence.
